SUPER 100 WHITE REINFORCED RESINS TILE ADHESIVE (C2TE)

White adhesive based on high strength Portland white cement (I-52.5), reinforced with polymer resins, aggregate from white Dionysus marble and special additives to improve the adhesion of tiles on difficult, low absorbency surfaces. Suitable for cases where strong bonding is required with zero sliding of the tiles on the wall and extended open application time.

• Check the surface for dust, grease and loose material.
• If the substrate is brittle or abrasive, it is recommended to prim the surface with MARMOLINE MST 11 acrylic water primer.
• Mix well, with a low speed electric drill, a 25 kg bag with about 7 liters of clean water.
• Allow the mixture to mature for 5-10 minutes, then stir again
• Apply the adhesive with the help of a suitable toothed spatula (the size of which you will choose depending on the substrate and the type of tile) evenly over the entire surface of the substrate.
• The layered mixture must be covered with tiles within 30 minutes from the application of the glue and definitely before a crust (film) is formed on its surface.
• Lay the tiles by applying pressure to them.
• The glue remains working in the container for 3-4 hours depending on the season, temperature and humidity of the environment. When the glue starts to tighten, then you need to mix again without adding water.
• The joints of the tiles can be done 24 hours (for the floors) and 12 hours (for the walls).
