According to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to withdraw without reason and return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, not used, its packaging must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. In this case the return costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of damage to a product, the customer can contact the official dealership or our store for immediate replacement of the product. If the customer is outside Kastoria, he can contact an authorized Service of the product company or send the product to our store for replacement. In this case, the shipping costs of the defective product are borne by the customer and the shipping costs of the new one are borne by our company.
